1. Shipping Areas

We ship within the United States and within Japan only.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

3. Shipping Fees & Delivery

Shipping is free. US orders are fulfilled via Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment and typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Japan orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days.

4. Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships.

5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

送料は無料です。米国向けはAmazonマルチチャネルフルフィルメントにより出荷され、通常3～7営業日でお届けします。日本国内は通常2～5営業日でお届けします。

出荷後、追跡番号をメールでお知らせします。

5. 遅延について

配送業者、天候、その他当社の管理を超える事情による遅延について、当社は責任を負いません。
