1. Acceptance
This website is operated by Rigato Inc. ("we," "us"), operator of the Suitendo brand. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, which form part of each purchase contract.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for activity under your account.
3. Products & Pricing
We sell matcha powder and related tea utensils. Prices are shown tax-included where required and may change without notice.
4. Formation of Sales Contract
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you a notice accepting the order. We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud or pricing errors.
5. Payment
We accept Shopify Payments and PayPal. If payment is not completed by the due date, the relevant sales contract is automatically cancelled.
6. Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of products transfers to you upon completion of full payment of the price and any fees.
7. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. We ship only within the United States and within Japan.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not infringe the rights of us or third parties, damage our reputation, engage in unlawful or anti-social conduct, transmit malware, or interfere with the Site. We may seek injunctions and damages for violations.
9. Intellectual Property
All content (text, images, logos, and the "Suitendo" brand) belongs to Rigato Inc. and may not be used without our prior written permission.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranty of freedom from defects, except as required by law. We are not liable for disputes between users or for linked third-party sites. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Suspension of Service
We may suspend all or part of the Site for maintenance, system failure, disaster, or other unavoidable reasons.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may change these Terms without individual consent where the change benefits users or is reasonable and consistent with the purpose of the contract, in accordance with Article 548-4 of the Civil Code. Changes take effect after notice on the Site and a reasonable period.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

第1条（同意）
本サイトは「水天堂（SUITENDO）」を運営する株式会社リガト（以下「当社」）が運営します。利用者は、商品の購入申込みをした時点で本規約の各条項に同意したものとみなされ、本規約は各売買契約の内容の一部となります。
第2条（利用資格・アカウント）
ご購入には居住地における成年年齢に達していることが必要です。利用者は登録情報の正確性、およびアカウントを通じた行為について責任を負います。
第3条（商品と価格）
当社は抹茶パウダーおよび関連する茶道具を販売します。価格は必要に応じて税込で表示され、予告なく変更される場合があります。
第4条（売買契約の成立）
利用者のご注文は購入の申込みであり、当社が当該申込みを承諾した旨を通知した時点で売買契約が成立します。当社は、不正の疑いや価格誤表示等の場合、ご注文をお断りまたは取消すことができます。
第5条（代金の支払い）
Shopify PaymentsおよびPayPalに対応します。商品代金等が当社の定める期限までに支払われない場合、当該売買契約は自動的に解除されます。
第6条（所有権の移転）
商品の所有権は、利用者が商品代金等の全額の支払いを完了した時点で、当社から利用者に移転します。
第7条（配送・返品・返金）
配送および返品は、本規約の一部を構成する配送ポリシーおよび返品・返金ポリシーに従います。当社はアメリカ国内および日本国内のみへ発送します。
第8条（禁止事項）
利用者は、当社または第三者の権利侵害、名誉・信用の毀損、違法行為や公序良俗に反する行為、反社会的勢力への利益供与、マルウェアの送信、本サイトの運営妨害を行ってはなりません。違反により当社に損害が生じた場合、当社は差止めおよび損害賠償を請求できます。
第9条（知的財産権）
本サイト上のすべてのコンテンツ（文章、画像、ロゴ、「水天堂」ブランド）は株式会社リガトに帰属し、当社の事前の書面による許可なく使用できません。
第10条（免責事項・責任の制限）
当社は、本サービスに事実上または法律上の瑕疵がないことを保証しません。利用者間のトラブルおよび外部リンク先について責任を負いません。当社に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、当社は損害賠償責任を負いません。法令上除外できない責任を制限するものではありません。
第11条（サービスの停止）
当社は、システムの保守・点検、火災・停電・天災地変等の非常事態、その他やむを得ない場合、本サービスの全部または一部を停止できます。
第12条（規約の変更）
当社は、変更が利用者の一般の利益に適合するとき、または契約目的に反せず合理的なときは、民法第548条の4に従い、利用者の承諾を得ることなく本規約を変更できます。変更は本サイト上での周知および相当な期間の経過後に適用されます。
第13条（準拠法・合意管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約または売買契約に関する紛争については、お客様の居住国における強行的な消費者保護を妨げない範囲で、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
